This is an italian course about italian food. We speak English, German and Italian.
The cooking course is held in a family house; we are not a restaurant, an agriturismo or village. It is a private cooking class and very italian and not commercial.
All our food is vegetarian: we use our oil, pasta and vegetables for the sauces.The mediterranean diet is our daily habit.

Arrival and presentation of menu ( the menu can vary according to the season), I give you apron and all cooking tools
Cooking Class. Preparation of the dough from scratch, preparation of dessert and 2 sauces (tomatoes, pesto with rucola or basel, it depends on the season);
preparation of tagliatelle or spaghetti and ravioli with its stuffing( spinach, pumpkin, etc. depending on season)
We cook what we made and I teach you the basic of the food presentation. Red and white wine, water and coffee are included.
This is a piazza making course and you can create your first pizza margherita. The method is doable at home; this is a hands-on experience and you will learn how to prepare the dough for pizza and all the tricks and ingredients to make a pizza at home.
