COOKING CLASSES

The cooking classes take place in the kitchen and terrace overlooking the Tuscany landscape in my home in the centre of Città della Pieve.

For the classes we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. The lessons include the preparation of 2 kinds of pasta with 2 different sauces, and a dessert.

So you will learn to make pasta, how to use the rolling pin with the dough and the italian pasta machine.
 
The programme has the following time-table:

h. 09.30 a.m.
Rendezvous in Città della Pieve, via Borgo di Giano n.3, top floor

10:00 a.m.
Presentation of  menu ( the menu can vary according to the season), I give you apron and all cooking tools,preparation of the doygh from scratch.

10:00-11.00
Preparation of spaghetti and ravioli and 2 sauces  (tomatoes sauce, butter and sage, or pesto or other depending on the season); ravioli are stuffed with spinach and ricotta .

11.00-12.00  short break with a Aperol aperitive and  go back to cook spaghetti and ravioli.Basic teaching of preparatione and decoration of the dishes

12:00-12.30
We eat what we made with red or white wine and water. At the end a dessert is included.
