For the classes we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. The lessons include the preparation of 2 kinds of pasta with 2 different sauces, and a dessert.

Arrival and presentation of menu ( the menu can vary according to the season), I give you apron and all cooking tools
10:00-11.00
Cooking Class. Preparation of the dough from scratch, preparation of dessert and 2 sauces (tomatoes sauce, pesto with rucola or basel, it depends on the season); ravioli with spinach and ricotta with butter and sage sauce.
From 11.00 relax short break with a glass of wine and go back to cooking class with preparation of tagliatelle or spaghetti and ravioli with its stuffing( spinach, pumpkin, etc. depending on season)
12:00-01.00 p.m.
We cook what we made and I teach you the basic of the food presentation. Red and white wine, water and coffee are included.
