The cooking classes take place in the kitchen overlooking the garden of my much-loved home in the centre of Città della Pieve.
For the classes we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. The lessons include the preparation of 2 kinds of pasta with 2 different sauces, and a dessert.

So you will learn to make pasta (with love!), how to use the rolling pin, the pastry board, and the pasta machine.
When you arrive a cup of Italian Moka coffee will be waiting for you and, above all, you will have time to relax before beginning the programme, which will have the following time-table:
10.00 a.m. Rendezvous
Arrival and rendezvous in my place; Città della Pieve, via Case basse 21. you can reach the house only on foot because of the narrow alleys.If you need more informations I send you via mail where to park, photos, path to arrive, etc.
10.00 -11.00 a.m. Choice of menu and cooking class
Coffee at home and presentation of the chosen menu: starting to prepare the pasta from scratch, sauces and dessert.
11.00 – 11.30 p.m. Aperitif / Tasting
Relaxation and an aperitif at home or else a brief tour of local shops to taste oil and wine, or else cured meats, liqueurs and desserts.
11.30 – 13.30 p.m.
Lunch a consignment of certificate of attendance
We go on with the cooking class and then we eat what we prepared with some presentation of the dishes.Lunch includes white and red wines, local extra-virgin olive oil, water, and coffee.

I 'll teach you the h the history and background of pizza making and you can create your first pizza with your hands with a method that is doable at home. this is a hands-on experience and you will learn all the tricks, ingredients and techniques how to make perfect dough, how to shape it and how to bake it in wooden oven.
