Pasta Cooking Class

We use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. Arrival and presentation of menu. Preparation of the dough from scratch, preparation of dessert and 2 sauces (tomatoes sauce or pesto with rucola or basel, it depends on the season); ravioli with spinach and ricotta with butter and sage sauce. From 11.00 relax short break with a glass of wine and go back to cooking class with preparation of tagliatelle or spaghetti and ravioli with its stuffing .We cook and eat what we made, red and white wine, water and coffe included.
