My cooking classes take place in my centuries-old home in the historic centre of Città della Pieve. Exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, family antiques and, a panoramic terrace overlooking the Val di Chiana offer the perfect setting for an authentic Italian experience.
These are the same recipes Italian families have been making for generations. No complicated restaurant dishes—just honest, delicious food that celebrates the Mediterranean way of cooking.
