The preparation of pizza will be the main activity.
I have a Pizza Chef diploma which allows me to make and teach pizza anywhere in the world.

€95,00 PER PERSON

I will teach you the history of pizza, the tricks and secrets, the technique and ingredients for making it again at home.
This is a first-hand experience and you will learn how to prepare and cook it. Participants minimum 2 maximum 6/8.

PROGRAMMA

16:00 Arrive.
Brief explanation: dough and ingredients.
Preparation of the dough.
Preparation of ingredients (mozzarella, sauce, etc.).
How to use the pizza peel and put the pizza in the oven.

17:30
Roll out the pizza dough while sipping a glass of wine
Opening pizzas: filling with sauce and other ingredients.

18:00 – 19:00 (END OF CLASS)
Prepare,decore your pizza and eat it.
Taste your pizza paired with wine or water and share what you’ve learned.
