My name is Anna.

I love cooking and I ‘d like to share with you the handmade pasta traditions passed down through my mother. I’ll teach you the secret of traditional food while sharing the wonderful view from the top of the house where you’ll feel filled with positive energy.


we will use only fresh, seasonal, and local products. We will prepare of different kinds of pasta, spaghetti and ravioli. We’ll cook them with 2 different sauces and at the end a dessert; you’ll learn how to use he rolling pin, the pastry board, and the pasta machine. I also teach plating and decoration of food.
